My iPod has been frozen. I did factory rest yet it's still frozen. What should?

By a factory reset, I assume you mean a full restore of the iPod via iTunes? Is the Hold Switch along the top of the device in the On position? If it isn't, does the small icon still appear in the upper right hand corner of the iPod's display?
