How can I delete templates from MY TEMPLATES in Pages?

Library doesn't show up for me at all since I did the most recent upgrade - any ideas on how to get around this?

Pages stores those you created & saved as templates in (your account) > Library > Application Support > iWork > Pages > Templates > My Templates. The user's Library is hidden in Lion & Mountain Lion but it is easy to open. In Finder, hold down the Option key while clicking on the Go menu & your user Library will appear about halfway down the list. Or you can choose Go to Folder from Go menu in Finder & paste this line in the box:

~/Library/Application Support/iWork/Numbers/Templates/My Templates/

I've been looking in the wrong places for this answer. Thanks for sharing your expertise.

I have a new Mac (desktop) with OS X Version 10.9.1

I have recently created some templates in Pages [Version 5.1(1769)] in the process I created a couple that I wish to delete.

I have followed Peggy,s advice > Library > Application Support ..... but there it stops - there is no iWork folder (I have checked in every folder that does appear without success) - do you know why this is. Not sure if it is of any value but the Pages came pre-loaded with the Mac (which I believe is standard).

Would greatly appreciate any assistance / advice.

In Pages 5:

Menu > File > New > right click on the Template > Delete

Thanks for the Update Peter. Much simpler than before...a rare thing for the new Pages.

It was one of the first things I spotted and thought, Great! looking good. Unfortunately as you've said it turned out to be an exception.
