Iphone 5 - no text reminders and not able to use prev made text tones

My text reminders don't work at all on the Iphone 5. I tested it out on my old Iphone 3GS which has IOS 6 and they work on that fine.

My home made text tones which I was able to use previously don't work either. It appears to sync but when you look on the phone they aren't there.

Anyone else have this problem? Thanks
