cannot sync apps to iPhone

I cannot seem to sync the apps when the phone is syncing with my computer. The app section under my phone on iTunes is greyed out.

Yup same here since upgrading to iOS 6... again Apple proves it has a hard time with software upgrade. It seems that every time they update itunes or the iOS something gets messed up.

I had the same problem with my iPod Touch. Solved it by shutting down iPod completely by holding down the top right button. After restart, the apps synched properly with iTunes on my computer.
