After downloading iTunes 10.6, why can't I access the iTune store to purchase music for my new Nano?

it just looks blanks. on the top panel, "accessing itunes store" like processing but nothing happens. I've downloaded itune software, but it's fail when i want to open itune store.

I have the same issue on my PC (windows 8) but I can access to itune store through my Ipad and Apple TV then the problem comes from Itune itself.
Can anyone help ??

With those symptoms, I'd try the following document:
