Q: Why can't I get to the iTune store

Could you walk us through what happens (when you try to access the Store) in some more detail, please?

it just looks blanks. on the top panel, "accessing itunes store" like processing but nothing happens. I've downloaded itune software, but it's fail when i want to open itune store.

I have the same issue on my PC (windows 8) but I can access to itune store through my Ipad and Apple TV then the problem comes from Itune itself.

Can anyone help ??
