ITunes Producer ERROR ITMS-9000

Whenever I try to upload my ebook to the ITunes Producer, it gives me these messages-

Apple's web service operation was not successful

Unable to authenticate the package: 9780983226932.itmsp

ERROR ITMS-9000: Text/part0000.html(9): element "img" missing required attribute "alt" this error occurs 105 times- (there are 105 pages)

ERROR ITMS-9000: Text/part0000.html(11): element "img" not allowed here; expected element.... This error occurs 104 times

ERROR ITMS-9000: Text/part0000.html(9): element "img" missing required attribute "alt" this error occurs 11 times

ERROR ITMS-9000: Text/part0000.html(11): element "img" not allowed here; expected the element end-tag or element "address", "Blockquote", "Del",.... this error occurs 10 times
