visual voicemail not working

Hi, I am on Telus and just upgraded to iphone 5. First off, what a great phone. The few changes that the new phone gives are so incredible that anymore would be overlooked. The trouble I am having is once I upgraded to iphone 5 I now dont have caller ID or Visual Voicemail. Any ideas?

Visual voicemail is a carrier-provided option. Call your carrier to discuss how to get it back. It will probably cost you, though.

Call 611 on your iPhone. Listen for the prompts. You will get the option to get a text message with temp PW. And then Visual VM will be reset.

No cost.
