Im planning to upgrade my iphone 4 to iphoine 5,base from AT&T Im upgradable to the new iphone 5, How can I unlock my old iphone 4 iOS 6, before giving to my daughter outside US?

If the 4 is out of contract ATT *might* unlock it for you. Check with them.
