When buying movies will be available in Belgium on apple TV ?

I did purchase the apple TV 3 this past weekend, and I've been really disappointed to learn (after my purchase of course) that we cannot buy movies through apple TV in Belgium ...

As we can via iTunes, I'm really wondering why we cannot via the apple TV ?
