Q: Do not disturb- text message

Hiya, ive just updated to IOS6 for my iphone 4s, my do not disturb is not working ive googled instructions and done them but its still not working.

settings--> do not disturb --> toogle is "on" --> notifications --> manually / time

however when some1 sends me a text message or gives me a call no matter if i set to manually or time it still provides a sound.

can anyone please help.
