do not disturb not working

I have update the iOS 6 and the "Do Not Disturb" feature is not working. I am getting calls even after switch on this feature. please help.

Do Not Disturb only works when the phone is locked (i.e. you are not using it).

I finally figured out my issue. I kept testing from the same phone. Under Settings / Notifications / Do Not Disturb, I had Repeated Calls set to On.
