Q: Permissions repair will not repair?

Hello,

I was running permissions repair across my laptop's HD this morning and got this message:

Warning: SUID file “System/Library/CoreServices/RemoteManagement/ARDAgent.app/Contents/MacOS/ARDAg ent” has been modified and will not be repaired.

Is this a problem or something I need to be worried about?  What is the "ARDAgent" file and what does it do?
