Q: i was updating my ipod and it was taking too long, so i tried restarting it and now its frozen white

I was updating my ipod to the new version, and it was taking too long so I restarted it! Now it is frozen, white and does the same ting everytime I try to restart it! WHAT DO I DO???????!!!!!!!!
