Flash player for iOS 6

Dear Apple lover,

We knows that very disappointing since Apple kick off Youtube and G' Maps..

I have trying to open Youtube on iPad browser, when i start to play the Youtube video contents but there is some message says " The Adobe Flash Player is required for video playback. Get the latest Flash Player."

When i clicked to get the flash player, Adobe Flash Player says that :

"We're sorry..

This content requires Adobe Flash Player, which is not supported by your device. This content can be viewed on a desktop computer or on mobile devices that support Flash Player."

So, now i feel and really disappointed to be Apple minded.

Anyone knows how to solve this issue?

Thank you..
