Shuffle 2nd blinks 3 times orange and nothing happens. I found many users with the problem, but no solution. If I connect the shuffle with my PC, it is not recognized by my PC.

The errorcode is not in the list. It blinks 3 times when I connect it to my PC and nothings happens.If I connect it to a wall charger, it blinks 4 times and after that nothing happens.
There is no error codes. Have you tried resetting the Shuffle with it still connected to your PC? iTunes dosen't recognize it?

Have you tried connecting it to another PC or Mac with iTunes to see the Shuffle shows up properly there?

Yeah, it's the same problem :-/ Maybe I should dispose it 😟
Maybe let the battery drain and sit for a day or two. Then try reconnecting it to your PC. Otherwise, if you'd like you can also schedule an appointment at your local Apple Store's Genius Bar or Apple Authorized Reseller to have them verify whether its a hardware issue or not.
