How do I remove an app that I can't find?

That's the thing - I did search for istat and for bjango on my computer but get no results. Any tips on folders to check or apps to install that will find stray files and remove them?

I have to admit I don't remember ever installing this software and it doesn't sound like something I'd even consider trying, so I'm not sure where it came from. That said I tried a trick recommended elsewhere to reinstall the software and then use the uninstaller that comes with it - I did that and do believe that worked because I don't see it in this list :
