Here's the link from apple Support http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5125

On a Mac running iPhoto 9.2.2 or later, or Aperture 3.2.3 or later:

    1. Select a photo or group of photos from the Photo Stream view in iPhoto or Aperture.
    2. In iPhoto 9.4 or later or Aperture 3.4 or later, select the Photo Stream view.
    3. Open My Photo Stream.
    4. Select a photo or group of photos.
    5. Press the Delete key.
    6. Click Delete.
