since the upgrade a few days back photostream isn't syncing with iCloud any more. I tried unticking the sync box in aperture preferences and re-ticking it. I tried shutting the programe down and restarting but it makes no difference.
Any suggestions on what to do anyone?

Have you enabled the Photo Stream in the System Preferences - iCloud panel- as well? There now is an additional option, where you turn on both Photo Stream and Shared Photo Stream. Have you upgraded to MacOS X 10.7.5 or 10.8.2? That should fix any incompatibility with the Photo Stream.
yes of course otherwise nothing else would sync. In fact I do have some pics in my photostream, but only about 20. While on my iPad and iPhone I have several hundred. And more strange is the fact that my iphone and ipad don't have identical photostream libraries either
