How do you send your song to your native device without connecting to a computer?

I don't own a computer so I can not sync my device to get my song from iTunes, so is there a way I can do that without one? What I mean to say more clearly is....

I have created a song and would like to listen to it in the music app for the iPad. The native one, where songs purchased from iTunes are sent. If it is impossible to do this without a computer I highly encourage the apple producers to include this in the next update. I almost demand it since I am a paying customer, but I understand these things take time and just really wanted to bring this to the light.
