message in mail not displaying pictures...

It seems to be only with messages from Ancestry.com but the message does not show the photo, just a square with a question mark. I know it's evidently not an Apple software issue since it seems to be only messages from Ancestry but maybe someone out there has come across this problem before and I can use that tip to fix my problem. Thanks, love my Mac and iDevices!
