    I got Magic puzzles app on my first generation iPad. I played it for 6 months and then I couldn't open it. I bought a new iPad  Air2 and tried to get all my puzzles and levels rrestored. I got a few puzzles that I had already done but was not able to get all the puzzles back plus ones I paid for. I have sent them several emails since Jan. 16th and have not gotten any reply except that they got my email. I looked on their help pages and there are a lot of people having similar and other problems. The puzzle company seems to have a problem with customer service. I haven't found a solution to fix any of the problems yet.

    It looks like you have been waiting a long time for any comments. Were you ever able to get anything fixed? If so I would appreciate knowing how you did it.
