I don't have "iTunesHelper" and "qttask" checkboxes in msconfig

My PC can no longer see my iPhone in iTunes when I plug it in. I have followed the Apple Support guidelines to get it sorted out and it tells me to make some changes to the msconfig. However, they tell me to check "iTunesHelper" and "qttask" checkboxes and they don't show in the list.

Can anyone advise on this?

iPhone 4, iOS 6
