iPhone 5 nicks on the back aluminum white version

I opened my white iPhone 5 and has like 4 really small dots/nicks like someone poked it with a needle

If i go to the apple store after like 4 days since i purchased it, will i get it replaced??

I dont wanna drive all the way to the apple store for nothing
