Finding a folder using its path

I am trying to find the folder /Users/Mammonist/Library/Application Support/Microsoft/Office/User Templates. I'd like to add a couple of templates. But I cannot for the life of me locate this thing, using Spotlight or manually. Also I don't know how to open a folder simply using its path. Is there some kind of command that will do this? I'm using Mountain Lion. Thanks.

MacBook Pro, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.1)

Choose Go to Folder from the Finder's Go menu and paste that in.
