No Definition found in iPhone 5
When I select a word and tap "Define", it says "No definition found". How
can I download the definition or dictionary?

My English dictionary is working fine but I couldn't install a German one. On my wifes iPhone 4s she can look up both English and German words. There is no significant difference between our configs and I tried all sorts of keyboard/language combinations to try and get it to work.
I'm in the Australian itunes store and she's in the German one. Perhaps Germans get access to more dictionaries?
