Q: Where can I download this?  Itunes will not even let me plug my phone into the computer!

Where can I download itunes version 10.6.3 at least?  I tried a search

With my Iphone 4 but nothing would let me download!  Now Itunes will

Try updating your iTunes using an iTunesSetup.exe (or iTunes64Setup.exe) installer file downloaded from the Apple website:
