Q: The screen is black and has been charged, but will work work and the screen stays black

The IPO was playing with no problem on Saturday night. Then the panel came up that it needed a charge.

I stated to charge it but picture of the battery that normally shows that it is charging went black. After letting

it charge for over an hour, I checked it and the screen was still black. I tried to play it and nothing would\work

and I tried to reset anf moved the switch on the top and still nothing would work and the screen remaind black.

Can you suggest anything else I can do. Thank You
