If you want to change your iCloud ID to another existing ID you'll have to delete the account, create a new account with the other ID, and migrate your data to the new account. To do this, first go to Settings>iCloud on your phone and turn all data you are syncing with iCloud (contacts, calendars, etc.) to Off. When prompted choose to keep the data on your iPhone. After everything is turned off, scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account. Next, set up a new iCloud account using your other ID, then turn syncing for your data (contacts, etc.) back to On. When prompted, choose Merge. This will upload the data to your new account.

Will this action leave the original icloud account intact? When icloud first came out, I put my icloud email address on my husband's iphone, even though his info was not being backed up to icloud. Now I'm about to activate his iPhone 5 and need to back up his contacts, etc., but I don't want it merging with mine. I also don't want to delete my account altogether!

Thanks.

Yes. This will only delete the account from your phone but not from iCloud. The existing account and its data will not be effected by this. You will only be moving a copy of the data to the new account; the original account and it's data will still be there and will sync back the current data if you set this account up oh his iPhone 5.

I'll delete iCloud account, but all contacts and etc..are deleted too form my iphone. How can i save all data on my phone and create new icloud account, without delete all contacts and etc...?

Deleting the account will delete photo stream photos from your device, but not any other photos (such as camera roll or photo library). Normally photo stream photos are already in your camera roll or computer as that was the source they were originally added to photo stream from. However, if you have any photos in photo stream that are not in your camera roll or backed up somewhere else, be sure to save these to your camera roll before deleting the iCloud account by opening the photo stream album in the thumbnail view, tapping Edit, then tap all the photos you want to save, tap Share and tap Save to Camera Roll.

Once saved to camera roll you can safely delete the iCloud account. They will not be added to photo stream in the new account but you'll still have the photos. (Only photos taken after photo stream is enabled are added to photo stream, not existing photos.)

Can someone tell me how to change the iCloud setting for the following resolution:

1. I bought a new iPhone 5.

2. I gave my 4S to my son, which had my iCloud account set up.

3. I send a text to my son and we both get it. When anyone sends me or him a text we both get it.

I've tried to delete the account on his phone and even on mine.

This is being caused by using the same Apple ID for iMessage. To fix this, on one of the phones go to Settings>Messages>Send & Receive, tap the ID, sign out, then sign back in using a different ID. You should also do the same thing in Settings>FaceTime if you are using the same ID for FaceTime.

Note: you can continue to use the same ID for purchasing from the iTunes & App stores; it does not need to be the same as the ID used for other services such as iMessage.
