Sep 25, 2012 12:34 PMby clancaster00,what i did worked, i uninstalled anything that had anything to do with itunes and kept a file of all my downloaded music, then i went on another computer and downloaded itunes 10.7 to my thumbdrive and then installed in from my thumbdrive to my compumter then added all my music back to itunes
