i was told to key in my iTunes Store Gift Certificate code at my account info.
i cant find where is my iTunes Store Gift Certificate code.
someone guide me please.

Have you got a gift certificate i.e. has anybody sent you one or have you bought one yourself ? If so then it should be somewhere on the certificate or in the email that you received.
when i sign in into my apple ID and password using my IPHONE a pop out stating "TAP review to sign in, then review your account information." once i typed review the following steps appear.
-Country region (next)
-Terms and agreement (after agree, next)
-Billing Information
-ITunes gift cards and certificates (i do not know where do i get this code therefore i put it blank)
-Billing address (next)
i cant go to next because i never fill in the iTunes Store Gift Certificate code. Therefore i am quite lost now... where do i get the certificate code? nothing sent to my email and i never receive any gifts or wat. is it theres a code that is tag onto each and every one of our account that i not know of? if yes, wher do i get the code?

You will only have a gift certificate code if either you've bought a gift certificate yourself or if, for example, a friend has bought you one. If nobody has bought you a gift certificate then you won't have a code and you will need to leave that field blank and use a different payment method for your account i.e. fill in your credit card details.
If you don't have a credit card then see if you can create an account with 'none' as the payment method by following the instructions on this page : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2534 i.e. select a free app and create an account when 'buying' it.
i got my step son an itunes gift card online.. and i put the right email and the date today but somehow he ddnt recieve any email regarding my gift card he cant redeem the gift card if i resend the gift card do i have to pay for that again?
