how do you remove songs from alarm function?
I understand how to pick a song from your library to be used as an alarm, but is there a way to remove them? Or do they stay in your list of alarms for good?
iPhone 5, iOS 6

I found that the only way to remove a selected song from the list of alarms is to manually delete the song from the iPhone/iPod Touch. Adding the song again to the device through iTunes will not re-populate it in the list of alarm songs.
However, it does look like the two most played songs are populated in the list by default. I would have to delete my current music library off of my iPhone to prove 100% whether this was true. (but it would take hours to copy 54 GB back in...)
I do not see any other method to currently clear this list.
Hope this helps,
Steve
There is a limit of 5 songs that you can put on your alarm clock sounds. So keep on adding your favorite songs until there are 5 and the one that you don't want will not play. Hope you understand if you don't please email me at and I will try to explain it more.

This seems right.
So, Apple, can you fix this so we can delete songs from the Alarm song list?
I have tried this several times, constantly choosing randomly five new songs for my alarm hopefully deleting ones that I don't want. But there are two that always show up again. I can't seem to get rid of them and they are not ones that I play often from my library. Is this just a bug?
Apple is not here. Only users.
Those 2 songs are "Default" those 2 songs are your most played songs in your iTunes so you cannot replace it unless you delete it in your iTunes library.
