Q: Not able to turn Siri on in my locations !

Check to see if location information from Siri is available in your country:

http://www.apple.com/ios/feature-availability/

If it is, post back with details and perhaps someone can offer suggestions.

Sorry you can't gt back too IOS 5

You would not have Siri with iOS 5.

Perhaps if you'll post details about your problem, someone can help you sort them out. As it is, you're making us just guess as to what is going wrong for you.
