Hello Kian,

This may sound silly but if you put your hand over the isight camera, do the lights change on the keyboard?

Did it work before, and just stop, or did it never work? You do need to update your software, but there is no driver to install for the keyboard backlight. Do all the other function keys work? If you hold down the Fn key while pressing those keys do they work?
