Whenever I open the Dashboard, 5 seconds afterwards the Dashboard shuts down and a webpage opens to comcluster.cxense.com which remains blank. Quite annoying as it de facto deactivates my Dashboard and I can't use it.? Is it a virus?

Not likely to be a virus; probably just bad software coding.
If you're still uncertain, download http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/clamxav/id430207028?mt=12, and Clamxav will make your machine more secure. You also might want to clear out any widgets that are obsolete.
Same thing is happening to me so I doubt it is a virus and is more likely some software glitch.
It is not a virus. You must have a web clipping on your dashboard, and the site in question has been attacked by a cross-site scripting (XSS) attack. Some script on that site is opening that pop-up in your browser. If you are unable to open the dashboard at all without immediately being redirected to your web browser to see the pop-up, choose Go To Folder in the Finder's Go menu and paste in the following path:
~/Library/Preferences
Open that folder. Inside, find and delete the com.apple.dashboard.plist file. (You may need to log out and log back in for the change to take effect.)

I don't have the com.apple.dashboard.plist file in this folder and the problem remans... Any other suggestion ?
Either you're looking in the wrong folder or you've got other problems. When navigating to that folder, did you follow the directions exactly, and did you include the tilde ('~')?
Sorry for my stupidy ! I had know idea how to use this "go to de folder" command !! The shortcut shift+command+G made me find the right folder. Thank you for the help !
