Delete Multiple Contacts at once

Not on the phone, but you can from a contact management program (such as Outlook) or from icloud.com if you are syncing your contacts with iCloud.

Keep in mind that while randers4's suggestion will work, it will NOT delete facebook contacts that are in your Contacts app.
