I logged in, but I only saw "Find my iPhone" and it found my Mac. It said "No Locations Available. None of your devices can be located." Or is this for iPhones only? Do I have to wait? I just want to find my Mac in my tests! 😟

It shows the Mac, but no location.
You will need to have the Mac connected to a wireless network and have find my mac turned on. It only works on wireless not wired. You can have both connections turned on, so the primary connection will still be wired. Hope this helps.
And your System Preferences are set?
Yes, it would have to have a wireless connection turned on.
I guess the thought process is that if it is wired to your network and you're using it, it's location would be obvious.

Wow, that's stupid. What happened to the ones with desktops like Mac Minis?

Yeah, only the "Find My Mac". I unchecked all the others since I don't like having my data in the clouds.
I beleve that WiFi is built into most of the Mac Minis. Location is just not available on a wired connection. Not sure of the technical reason but I am sure there is one.

Yeah, this one isn't using one. So if one used wired for MacBooks, then it wouldn't get its locations? Sheesh.
