Q: Why in my new iphone 5 (ios 6). there is no 4fingers multi-tasking gesture set up!!!????

Why my old ipad with ios 4.3 have the multi-tasking gesture(4fingers), but in my new iphone 5 (ios 6). there is no!!!???? this is so helpful, otherwise I just need to press home buttom all the time!
