Stuck on screen with USB under arrow pointing to itunes logo

i have the same problem with my 4th gen and apple wants me to buy more coverage just to fix it

Hello guys,

Try this:

Hold the power button and the home button down until the device shuts off, then power it back on and see if the problem is resolved.

If that does not work, try this:

Put the device into recovery mode:

Tryed both methods of restoring my Iphone, none have worked, so i lost all my apps and contacts, im going out and getting a Android, i dont plan on ever touching another apple product again. My advice to anyone who has this happen, give up on apple.
