I can't connect using Bluetooth since the new up date!

I can not connect to my hands free in my car using me I phone 4S ever since the new update #6 I down loaded on Saturday. I have paired the units to each other twice. It works 1 or 2 times then stops. I also have an iPad it won't connect or find my wireless printer I have. Do any of you out there have any thoughts. I think it's the new update #6 that is causing this! Should I wait for apple to fix it? Or should I go back to my blackberry?
