Q: how do i remove this awful app

As title, kids installed it onto my phone and i would like it gone.

The more i use this phone now the more i hate it IOS 6, regret the day i heard of it

    Tap and hold it until it wiggles, tap the black "x" to delete it, tap the home button.

    Thanks for the reply,

    I did try that but all it did was wiggle, the little X was nowhere to be seen, I thought I was stuck with it like some of the other pointless dross, Newstand and Passbook etc.

    Oddly enough I had a few issues spring up, the camera app disappeared, even from the unlock screen. My wallpaper changed to the old water droplet one and all my music, videos and Safari bookmarks went as well.

    I reset all settings then restarted the phone and it was almost back to how it was, a few apps had gone but easily rectified but all importantly I was able to remove "Find My Friends" in the usual way.

    So once agaiin thankyou for taking the time to help me.

     

    I still have a few issues, dropping wifi but I have found that Apple now think my Phone should only connect to Wifi networks that have an active internet connection (mine does not as i only use it for streaming around the home)

    but that is for another day.

    try connecting your phone to the computer then remove it manually
