I have saved photos however they do not appear on my iPad. Also, how can you retrieve deleted photos?

Your post is a bit confusing. You were previously able to save photos - to what? To iTunes? A computer?

Now they don't show up - do you mean if you take a picture, it doesn't appear in the Photos app? It should. You can't retrieve deleted photos unless you synced them to a computer.

I am having the same problems....from facebook (on new ipad) i could hold finger on a photo and chose "save photo" and the photo would be in the camera roll. since installing ios6 that now doesnt happen. Everything works the same but there is no picture in the camera roll. taking photos with the ipad is fine.

I have also noticed now that all my sinc'd photos (from my pc) have doubled up on my ipad for no apparant reason.

I have exactly the same problem as woseel since updating my iPad 4 with iOS 6. Saved photos from facebook or the web do not appear in the Photo app anymore. Please help.

I don't know about retrieve deleted photos unless they are previously synchronized on a PC device.

But, about saving images from Facebook App (which don't appear in Photos App) ... Everybody make sure that the privacy of Facebook application is turned on in Photos App by the following steps so that Facebook App could access into your Photo App to save pictures. These steps are :

1. Go to Setting App >

2. Go to Privacy Tab at the left menu >

3. Choose Photo App from the right apearing window on right >

4. A list of applications that could access Photo App will appear >

5. Turn On the Facebook App option ... DONE

NOTE : REPEAT THESE STEPS FOR ANY APP THAT CANNOT ACCESS TO PHOTOS APP

Most of my friends told me about this error after updating to IOS 6. And with this simple steps that I told them, this problem has been solved easily. If this procedure does not work, it may be any of the previous error or bug possibilities.
