Frozen cursor MacBook air
My screen is frozen as is my cursor
When I close the screen nothing happens remains frozen

Can you help me
I'm assuming the computer is locked up and not an application. To force quit the computer hold the power button for 10 seconds. Now that it is off, press it normally to restart.
When an application becomes unresponsive, hold both Option and Control keys and type ESCape. Select the unresponsive application in the menu and click quit.
