Warcraft locks up machine when trying to cmd-m

So I'm on my second MBPr. I am thinking of returning it altogether. Unfortunately I leave the country where I bought it on Thursday so that leaves little time to fix my latest issue.

Warcraft locks up when trying to cmd-m - which I do frequently to use safari. When it locks up it cannot be force quited, you cannot do anything except hold down the power button and power off then restart.

I have check all updates and the machine is up to date. It is the MacBook Pro Retina 512GB 8GB.

Anyone having similar problems with OS 10.8.2 or any ideas?
