Problem while Importing photos between my iPhone and iPhoto?

Dear all,

Actually this is not a new issue, but I just think now on how to fix it.

I've a Mac with iPhoto installed, and iPhone 4 with ios6 installed.

I've chosen a specific key photo for every album in iPhoto, after importing these albums to photo app in iPhone, it appears with a different key photo in events tab.

So, how to change the key photo in photo app in iPhone?

Or how to import photos from iPhoto to the photo app with the same key photo for each album?
