I downloaded a deluxe album and it didn't download the music videos due to a formatting issue. I made sure I have the latest version of iTunes. I am frustrated since I paid for the deluxe album including the music videos? What else can I do?
I need help. I have downloaded plenty of deluxe albums with bonus music videos, but for some reason the last album wouldn't download the videos and had an error message about the format not being supported. I made sure that my updates are the latest, but to no avial. How can I correct this problem?
