Q: My itunes says "the feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable". How do I fix this problem?

Does anyone know how to fix this problem or what to do? It won't let me download the new version of Itunes which means I can't update my phone or anything.

Which particular .msi file does the message go on to say cannot be found? (Several different msi files might be mentioned in this context: itunes.msi, bonjour.msi, AppleSoftwareUpdate.msi, etc.)

    Many thanks.

    (1) Download the Windows Installer CleanUp utility installer file (msicuu2.exe) from the following Major Geeks page (use one of the links under the /___sbsstatic___/migration-images/197/19760116-1.gif "DOWNLOAD LOCATIONS" thingy on the Major Geeks page):

    http://majorgeeks.com/download.php?det=4459

    (2) Doubleclick the msicuu2.exe file and follow the prompts to install the Windows Installer CleanUp utility. (If you're on a Windows Vista or Windows 7 system and you get a Code 800A0046 error message when doubleclicking the msicuu2.exe file, try instead right-clicking on the msicuu2.exe file and selecting "Run as administrator".)

    (3) In your Start menu click All Programs and then click Windows Install Clean Up. The Windows Installer CleanUp utility window appears, listing software that is currently installed on your computer.

    (4) In the list of programs that appears in CleanUp, select any iTunes entries and click "Remove", as per the following screenshot:

    (5) Quit out of CleanUp, restart the PC and try another iTunes install. Does it go through properly this time?

I am trying to do this, but it won't let me right click on the link.

I go to the website and click the download button and it appears in the bottom on my screen for downloads and then when clicked, i press run and then gives me the error message. But once I tried it again, it won't let me right click on the link....Need help.

Download the file first. Once you've got the msicuu2.exe file on the computer, right-click the file and select "Run as administrator".

Ok, how would I do this and NOT lose my libray of songs in iTunes? My hubby would lose it if  I lost this over 1,500 songs in there. Thanks.
