Session has timed out

Every time I go to download the app IMovie I have to enter my security questions but as soon as I enter them in and press continue it says your session has timed out please try again. It says this even if I answered them in 10 seconds. How can I make it not say this.

Bump! I have the problem for ANY app I download. The problem is, I can't authorize my new iphone 5 because it keeps displaying "Your session has timed out. Try again" immediately after answering my security questions and logging in with my Apple ID. How can it time out when I answer the questions within 10 seconds??

I've closed the App Store app and re-opened it and started the purchase process again with no luck.

So I figured it out after scouring the internet.. From your device, you need to go to Settings > ICloud > Account > "Payment Information" --- Here you need to enter your credit card information that you have on file with iTunes and/or your other apple devices. You won't be charged for anything, just enter your data so you can "verify" your new device. Once you enter the information, hit "Done" in the top right and you should be able to open the App Store and download to your hearts desire.
