Q: HD Permission problem

Hi everyone!

I had a Macbook Pro 15" with os 10.6.8

My Macbook pro is 3,1.

Onece I had reset my root password of my ac through the single user mode.

Then I found out the computer do not run smoothly and sometimes just stuck in the startup screen.

So I re-install the OS and Erase the HD.

I try to repair the HD permission with the disk uillity.

But everytime I run still got the same problems show like below,
