I turned on touch assist for my iphone 4s. Now it requires me to double click each icon or key before it recognizes it. Also it wont scroll down anymore, how do i turn this off easily

you can press the home button three times to disable it.
If that does not work, double tap Settings, Double tap General, Double Tap Accessibility. Use THREE fingers to scroll the screen to Voice Over, and then double or tripple tap to disable it.
